Gymdoll strives to provide you with high quality comfortable workout clothes that you will love. However, if our clothes don't fit, aren't comfortable, maybe you didn't like the color, or for any other reason that you're dissatisfied with your purchase, just return it! You can exchange it or return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. We'll even cover the return shipping costs. Confidence and peace of mind, that's what the Gymdoll Promise provides.
Returning an Item:
- Step 1
- To request a return authorization, contact rma@gymdoll.com with your receipt number (located at the top right of your order confirmation email) and the reason for your return request.
- Step 2
- Gymdoll will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Print the return shipping label and secure it clearly to the outside of your return packaging. When possible, include the original packing slip.
- Step 3
- Once we receive your return, we will process it and exchange your item or refund the full amount via your original method of payment - depending on which option you requested.
Refunds will be credited to the card or account that was used to purchase the items. For a full refund, products will need to be returned within 60 days of purchase. If an item is returned after 60 days, a refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable toward a future purchase.
